Co-produced by Anurag Kashyap, The Lunchbox starring Irrfan Khan and Nimrat Kaur, is an epistolary romance between a lonely widower and a housewife who is not happy with her marriage. The story revolves around the Dabbawalas in Mumbai and ironically, the producers are in trouble because they haven’t paid the caterers who catered food during the shoot.
Rohit Yadav and Satish Anna of two different catering services have said the producer Guneet Monga has to pay them Rs. 7.5 Lakh and Rs. 5 Lakh each. While they say this, Guneet has a different story to say altogether. Talking to a tabloid, she said “I have sorted it out with the caterer.”
