This year saw a number of celebrities including Amitabh Bachchan, Bipasha Basu, Aamir Khan among the others hosting Diwali parties. We spotted several Bollywood beauties dressed in their festive best. Take a look at all the designer and branded gear sightings from high profile Diwali bashes.

It was an Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla pink suit for Mrs Bachchan, at the Diwali bash hosted at her home. Me thinks, her suit was too gaudy and way too overwhelming, and that hairstyle has now started to get a tad too monotonous. Also, high time, she need to shed that baby fat. Judging by her hairstyle and choice of clothes, I sincerely think she is insecure about her weight issues, contradictory to what she otherwise says.

Vidya Balan

Vidya Balan and hubby Siddharth Roy Kapur attended Aamir Khan’s Diwali bash. Vidya looked ravishing in a red suit and teamed it with gold jewelry, a bindi and gold-toned peep-toes. The actress looked radiant, classy and extremely beautiful, a typical Indian beauty.

Sonam Kapoor

Ms Kapoor looked gorgeous in an embellished Anuradha Vakil creation, pairing it with heavy jewellery. She looked like a royal princess. The tag ‘fashionista’ is attached to her name for a reason.

It was a nude-colored Tarun Tahiliani lehenga choli for SRK’s wife Gauri Khan, at the Bachchan’s Diwali bash. That style of wrapping the is so trashy. Nevertheless, I think she looked good.

Priyanka Chopra

It was a Anuradha Vakil sari for PeeCee, at Aamir Khan’s Diwali bash. Though we loved the sari, the draping of it could have been much better. She looked beautiful, but this definitely is not her best look. She could have done much better than this. I also feel, it high time she ditches those bangs.

Bipasha Basu threw a Diwali bash at her residence, which obviously saw “good friend” Harman Baweja among the guests. the actress looked calm, relaxed and radiant. She looked extremely beautiful. what do you think?
