In an industry like Bollywood, rarely do we come across celebs who accept themselves just the way they are, no inhibitions whatsoever! And surprisingly, it’s none other than the National Award winning actress Kangana Ranaut, who is one among the rare. Kang’s made this interview with Anupama Chopra so very clean, simple and easy.
She speaks a clear and is so very reasonable. After a long time, this is one interview which has made so much sense to me, sense sense coming direct from heart and mind, without any conflict.
Statements like “you are stuck with the industry even if half successful and accepting that there IS no exit option”, or “I made bad decisions when I was in debt and had few movies coming in”, or that “few of my movies are not exactly trashy but light, fun and anybody could have done such a role and it would have been just the same” … these are real pearls … such confessions don’t come in an industry where everyone wants to tom tom about how they are god’s gift to humanity … very humble indeed!
