The much awaited trailer of the much awaited movie Dhoom 3, is scheduled to be released on October 30th. The trailer of the movie will be screened in the IMAX format; joining the league of Hollywood biggies like Superman and Batman series. The Dhoom 3 trailer cost Rs. 2 crores more because of the IMAX format.
“Dhoom 3 is the first Hindi film to release in IMAX. Therefore to give a glimpse of what to expect, we are releasing the theatrical in IMAX. Obviously there is a cost involved; it cost almost 2 crores to convert the trailer into the IMAX format,” says a source from the film.
Meanwhile, Aamir Khan, who plays the negative role in the film, was seen at the Mumbai airport wearing the iconic hat that was seen in the teaser of the film. This is something Aamir Khan did previously; when he was promoting his film Ghajini, he sported the bald look everywhere. Now, he is sporting the hat-look. Going all out to do something means this eh?
