62nd National Film Awards: Did Priyanka Chopra get robbed off her win for Mary Kom?

The actress didn’t make the mark and the trophy was bagged by Kangana Ranaut. What do you have to say about the same? Vote!

The 62nd National Film Awards were declared recently and we were the first ones to inform you that Queen, Haider and Mary Kom took home the awards. While Queen was declared as the Best Hindi Film, Haider walked away with the trophies for best costume design (Dolly Alhuwalia), choreography and music direction. Last but not the least, Mary Kom was assigned the title of the Best Popular Film Proving Wholesome Entertainment. Coming to the best actor/ actress category, Shahid Kapoor and Aamir Khan were left behind in the race as Kannada actor Vijay took home the biggie. Kangana Ranaut, on the other hand, took home the National Award for her role in Queen, beating Priyanka for Mary Kom. While there are some who are rejoicing Kangana’s big win, others sit back sulking and terming that it was Priyanka who deserved to take home the trophy.
