Karan Kundra sheds 8 kilos in a month for MTV Fanaah!

The TV actor followed a strict diet for his supernatural drama

Karan Kundra, who portrays the character of Vivaan in MTV Fanaah, has shed 8 kilos in one month for the role, we hear. Yes, the TV actor had to look, atleast, eight to nine years younger and hence, followed a strict diet and exercise regime for the character of Vivaan, who is actually a vampire.

“I cycled almost for an hour daily, from Yari Road to Bandra. I quit going to the gym, ate at regular intervals and stayed away from calorie-rich foods. Quitting the gym helped me get rid of my earlier beefed-up look. I think I look like a simple student now,” said Kundra while talking to a daily.
