Buzz is that Shahrukh Khan and Salman Khan will clash with each other in 2015. No folks, they are not planning a war or something; their movies are releasing on the same date.
Shahrukh Khan’s Raees, produced by Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani, is set for a release on Eid 2015; which is usually reserved for Salman Khan’s releases as the Dabangg Khan considers that to be his lucky date. “Yes, that’s what (Eid release) we are working towards,” Sidhwani confirmed.
Salman Khan’s yet-to-be-titled film directed by Kabir Khan is also set for a release on the same date. “We had decided in October (last year) itself to release our film on Eid. So our film is definitely hitting the theatres on that day,” says Kabir, who apparently started shooting for the film in November.
So is it gonna be a major face-off?
Meanwhile, Salman Khan and Farhan Akhtar are among the B-Town celebs who have been getting threatening calls from an underworld gangster who goes by the name of Ravi Pujari.
Akshay Kumar, Boney Kapoor, Sohail Khan, Karan Johar and Vivek Oberoi, Farhan Azmi are the others who got such calls. Talking about it, Crime Branch Chief Sadanand Date informed, “I have only recently taken over. I am not aware of this case. I will call Salman, Farhan Akhtar, Farhan Azmi, and Ritesh Siddhwani over to my office and look into their complaints.”
